DNS checks

When you run a domain check, Mail Radar performs standard DNS lookups against public DNS infrastructure — the same lookups any mail server would make. The domain you check and the results are not stored. Nothing is written to a database or log. Results exist only for the duration of your request.

Email header analysis

When you paste email headers, they are processed entirely in your browser and in-memory on the server. Email headers can contain sensitive internal routing information — originating IPs, internal hostnames, gateway details. We take that seriously. Headers are never written to disk, never logged, and never stored. They are discarded immediately after analysis.

Accounts

If you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password via Supabase, our authentication provider. This data is used solely to authenticate you and is never shared or sold. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

Mail Radar uses no tracking cookies. If you create an account, a session cookie is set to keep you logged in. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics or tracking tools. No third-party scripts are loaded on this site.

Third parties

We do not sell your data. DNS lookups are made against public resolvers — this is inherent to how DNS works, no different from typing a domain into your browser. Authentication is handled by Supabase (EU infrastructure).
